While Fearghus prepares for the opening of Starlight in the Cork Midsummer Festival on 21st June, his 2008 film Three+1 for now is being screened in the inaugural Dublin Biennial as part of Pop-Up Conversations: To the Point. The conversations, curated by Dr. Karen E.Till and Dr. Marisa Ronan, discuss the role of the artist in the public realm. Fearghus’ Three+1 for now sits comfortably in that enquiry as it was filmed on waste ground off Sherriff Street in response to research while Artist in Residence for Dublin City Council.
Three+1 for now will be screened in Gallery 3 at The Point on Tuesday 21st June.
